Hotel Monterey Kobe

Mr Isaka, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There was also another male staff who helped us order a taxi to Arima Onsen on 27/12 4pm and he was also very kind. We didn't get his name. The stay was great!

clean and welcoming staff whom assisted with my request to send my luggages to the chain hotel in Osaka. check in and out is a breeze within 5 mins though strict check in time. Love the fact that they have an app to monitor the crowd at hot bath and allow me to enjoy the hot bath. large space for a double bedroom where it allows me to open up 2 luggages fully. Train station is of walking distance and many dining options surrounding the hotel and our favorite Ichiran ramen is just a walking distance away.

thé public bath was extraordinary! the place was very clean and the people sharing the space were very respectful and courteous. I loved the fact that they provide both very hot and cold plunge pools. they were invigorating and restoring. the beds were super comfortable — firm and supportive. this hotel was supposed to be just a transit hotel but ended up being one of my favorite stays in Japan!

The location is gorgeous, just a few minutes from Kobe-Sannomiya Station. In case and you need to reach the Shin-kobe Station you cam use the subway line as well. The variety of food during the breakfast was amazing! Beautiful onsen on-site, worse to use it!

The location was near the station and I loved that there was a spa facility! I also liked that the amenities were eco friendly.
